This brew rig is called the Fusion because it is a culmination of profession beer brewery design features, conveniences, and fabrication technology that they have drawn from our other designs as well as countless custom builds. 15.5 Gallon Kettles will brew a 10 gallon batch. The small frame allows this system to easily transport in most SUV’s. Simple natural gas conversion option makes this system the perfect for commercial pilot use and home-brewers that simply want the best.
This All Grain Homebrewing Stand System Includes:
All welded steel tube frame construction with industrial powder coated finish on frame
Burner grates finished in black with a 2000 degree industrial coating
(3) 15 Gallon 304 Stainless Steel Kettles w/ Lids
Propane regulator including 4′ stainless braided hose included
Magnetic drive pumps included with stainless steel drip shields and stainless outflow control valves
Remote control key fob on / off switches for both pumps included
All sanitary tri-clamp fittings on HLT, mash tun, boil kettle, and pumps
Silicone hoses with fittings included
Mash Tun and boil kettle include perforated stainless wall to wall false bottoms
Ruby Street now has designed their own Digital controller for the RIMS and HERMS System. Made from the highest quality components available right here in the USA!
