Coupon Description
:  This has to be the best deal that I have ever seen on a new KegKing Kegerator.  If you act now, you will save $50 on a KegKing Kegerator and gett $6.99 flat rate shipping.  There is one catch, the $50 discount is for California residents only.  The good news is that the flat rate shipping works regardless of where you live.
These KegKing kegerators are pretty awesome, because they were designed with home brewers in mind! In fact, the Keg King Series 4 Kegerator is the only kegerator designed specifically for homebrewers. They feature Intertap solid stainless forward seal faucets, which are the same beer faucets that I use on my kegerator and they work great! This kegerator even has a tower cooling fan with a front panel on and off switch to keep your beer tower nice and cold! It also features an interior glass holder to keep chilled glasses handy! The thermostat is adjustable from 26° to 82° F so that it can also be used as a fermentation chamber!

The included Intertap forward seal beer faucets come standard with the Keg King Kegerator and are mounted on a brushed 304 stainless steel tower. Besides being of extremely high quality, these are the only beer faucets that can be easily converted to a growler filler or stout faucet by just unscrewing the spout. You can choose between standard forward seal Intertap Faucets made of solid stanless steel!

Cold does not rise and you will find that a beer tower elevated above a refrigerator will always remain warmer than the refrigerator, resulting in initial pours from the kegerator that are warm and foamy. But KegKing figured out a solution for this in their kegerator. The Keg King Series 4 is the only kegerator to include a tower cooling fan as standard equipment, and also feature a fan on/off switch on the front digital control panel. This way, to save energy and minimize fan noise, you can leave the tower cooling fan off except at times when you are dispensing beer.

So if you have been thinking about buying a new Kegerator, this is your chance to get an incredible deal on one.  Click the link for all of the details!

My Homebrewing Setup

Homebrewing Setup

I am not too sure about you but part of the enjoyment of homebrewing for me, is designing and advancing my home brewery. I always enjoy seeing what other home brewers are using, how they have their homebrewing equipment configured and love to see what they are working on next.  Here is my current homebrewing rig, homebrew fermentation setup and some of the home beer brewing components such as wort chiller and kegs that I use.  If you want more details on any of the items you can click on the image.  Also, please feel free to reach out to me if you want to chat about anything.  I would love to see photos of your gear!

You can see the Blichmann stainless steel false bottom and the RIMS heating bar and RIMS Temperature controller for mash temperature control and stabilization.  I keep my pumps recirculating during the entire mash and the temp controller and heating element keep my mash temp at exactly what I set it for while I drink a beer!

Homebrewing rig RIMS configuration. I built my own setup with a Ranco Dual Stage temperature controller that links to a stainless steel heating element that is housed in a larger diameter stainless steel tube.  There is a thermowell on the other end of the tube that feeds back to the Ranco so that it know when to activate the heating element in the RIMS homebrewing system.  I wired it so that the temperature regulator can not be activated unless the homebrew pump is running so that I do not burn up the RIMS system if I have one too many beers and forgot to place the mash tun in recirculation.

I typically ferment with these two stainless steel homebrewing brew bucket fermenters, but also use carboys, kegs and a 14 gallon stainless steel conical fermenter.

Stainless Steel Fermenters

Stainless Steel Fermenters for Homebrewing

Here is my fermentation chamber.  I reside in Southern California and during the summer temp can hit 100 F so I converted this chest freezer over to a fermentation chamber for my home beer brewing.  I use a Johnson temperature controller to regulate the fermentation temperature of my homebrewing fermenters.

Those are the basics on my home brewery setup and homebrewing rig.  If you have any question on it, or would like to know how or why I setup anything the way that I did please reach out. I also always like feedback and suggestions on how I can improve it so please leave a comment or shoot me an email!
