Brewing up More Beer’s Haze Craze All Grain IPA today! Using the London 3 yeast with it. The brew session went perfect and the wort smelled so good at the end of the boil that I can not wait until it is done fermenting. Here is the All Grain Home Brewing Recipe for this New England IPA for a 5 Gallon Batch:
GRAINS
10 lbs 2-Row Brewers Malt
1 lb Flaked Oats
1 lb Flaked Wheat
8 oz Carapils Malt
8 oz Wheat Malt
4 oz Honey Malt
HOPS
0.5 oz Warrior 60 minutes
1 oz Citra 5 minutes
2 oz Mosaic (Whole Cone) 0 minutes
1 oz Citra 0 minutes
2 oz Mosaic Dry Hops added during primary fermentation, days 3-7
1 oz Citra Dry Hops added during primary fermentation, days 3-7
1 oz Mosaic Dry Hops added during secondary fermentation, days 7-10
2 oz Citra Dry Hops added during secondary fermentation, days 7-10
I highly recommend using the LONDON III yeast to ferment this beer. I ferment at 68F
